Product Description
(1) Fixed Type
The fixed type can reliably fix all electrical components in a predetermined position in the cabinet. The cabinet is generally cubic in shape, such as screen type, box type, etc., and there are also truncated pyramidal shapes such as table type. This type of cabinet has single-column and arranged types. In order to ensure the dimensional size of the cabinet, the components are often assembled step by step. Generally, the two sides or left and right sides are first assembled, and then the cabinet is assembled, or the appearance requirements are first met, and then the internal support of the cabinet is connected in sequence. The length of the parts that make up each edge of the cabinet must be correct (with a negative tolerance) to ensure the geometric dimensions, so as to meet the overall appearance requirements. For the two sides of the cabinet, there cannot be any protrusions in the middle due to the arrangement requirements.
In addition, from the installation perspective, there cannot be any depressions on the bottom. In the arrangement and installation, the flatness of the foundation is a prerequisite, but there are certain errors in the dryness and the cabinet itself. It is necessary to try to offset the lateral difference instead of causing the difference to accumulate, because the accumulated difference will cause the cabinet to deform, affect the busbar connection, produce component installation deviation, stress concentration, and even affect the service life of the electrical equipment. Therefore, the highest point of the foundation should be used as the installation reference point when arranging, and then the expansion and arrangement should be gradually adjusted. Under the condition that the dryness of the bottom is ideal and predictable, the expansion and arrangement can also be carried out from the middle to both sides to make the accumulated difference evenly distributed.
In order to facilitate adjustment and offset the accumulation of tolerances, the width tolerance of the cabinet is set to a negative value. After the various components of the cabinet are assembled into a whole, shaping should be carried out as needed to meet the requirements of the dimensional size of each part. For the manufacture of standardized or large-volume cabinets, the use of fixtures should be fully considered to ensure the correct and unified structure. The reference surface of the fixture should be the bottom, and the arrangement of each positioning block in the fixture should be based on the convenience of taking out the work. For the outer doors of the cabinet, which are easily affected by transportation and installation, they are generally uniformly adjusted during installation.
(2) Withdrawable Type
The withdrawable type is composed of a fixed cabinet and a removable device part equipped with main electrical components such as switches. The removable part should be lightweight when moving, and the positioning should be reliable after moving in. The same type and specification of drawers can be reliably exchanged with each other. The processing method of the cabinet part in the withdrawable type is basically similar to that in the fixed type. However, due to the exchange requirements, the accuracy of the cabinet must be improved, and the relevant parts of the structure must have sufficient adjustment amount. As for the removable device part, it must be able to be exchanged and reliably carry the main components, so it requires high mechanical strength and precision, and the relevant parts must also have sufficient adjustment amount.
