Product Purpose

This product is suitable for three-phase  40.5kV single switchgear, used in power generation plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise building distribution systems as a means of receiving and distributing electrical energy. It is also used for controlling, protecting, and monitoring electrical circuits, meeting the requirements of IEC60298, DL404, and other standards, and having perfect "five-proof" functions.

Operating Conditions

• Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40℃, lower limit -10℃.
• Altitude: not exceeding 1000m.
• Humidity:

Relative humidity: daily average not greater than 95%, monthly average not greater than 90%.
Saturated vapor pressure: daily average not greater than 2.2×10 Mpa, monthly average not greater than 1.8×10 Mpa.

• Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees.

Ambient air should not be subject to significant pollution such as corrosive, flammable gases, water vapor, etc.
No frequent severe vibration.
If the conditions of use of the switchgear exceed the above regulations, they should be determined through consultation between the user and the manufacturer.

Product Features

The switchgear adopts heat shrinkable insulation materials and epoxy-coated insulation technology, optimizes the electrode shape, and has a compact cabinet structure, which reduces the floor space.
The switchgear cabinet body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel and processed into shape by CNC sheet metal, connected by high-strength bolts, nuts, and rivet nuts, and the surface of the components is sprayed or galvanized.
Domestic ZN85-40.5 vacuum circuit breakers and French SF1, SF2, and FP system sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers can be used to meet the needs of different users.
Each functional compartment of the switchgear is sealed with a metal plate and has an independent pressure release channel.
The operation of the circuit breaker, grounding switch, etc. can be performed with the switchgear closed, and the door can be closed when the operation is complete.
The structure of the switchgear has strong adaptability, and the main busbar scheme can reach more than 198 types, which can meet the needs of different users.
There is a mechanical interlocking device between the handcart, circuit breaker, grounding switch, and rear cabinet door to prevent misoperation, and the "five-proof" functions are complete, safe, and reliable.
