Product Purpose

This switchgear is suitable for a complete set of distribution equipment in a single bus or single bus sectional system with a voltage range of 3.6-12kV and a three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz. It is mainly used for power generation plants, small and medium-sized generator power generation, industrial and mining enterprises' power distribution, and secondary substations in the power system for power receiving, power transmission, and the starting of large high-voltage motors. It is used for control, protection, and monitoring. This switchgear complies with the GB3906, DL404 standards, and the international IEC298.

Product Features

The switchgear can be equipped with VD4, VB2, VS1, HVF (South Korea Hyundai), EV12 vacuum circuit breakers, with functions such as preventing the circuit breaker handcart from being pushed and pulled with load, preventing misoperation of the branch circuit breaker, preventing the grounding switch from being in the closed position and closing the circuit breaker, preventing accidental entry into the live isolation room, and preventing accidental closure when energized.
The switchgear has a sturdy and reliable "five-proof" interlocking device, and the circuit breaker can be operated on the closed panel. The state of the circuit breaker can be observed through the viewing window.
The switchgear has a fully functional handcart with 100% interchangeability, light operation, and smooth action.
Easy maintenance, easy installation of busbars and cables, and a lift and transport vehicle that is convenient for the advancement, extraction, and transportation of the handcart.
The fully assembled switchgear uses aluminum steel plate for anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation, with multiple bending processes to ensure high strength and rigidity.
